1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device when visiting a website. They contain information that the site can retrieve on subsequent visits to remember preferences, keep sessions active and analyze service usage.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These are essential for the basic functioning of the Platform. Without them, authentication, security and basic navigation are not possible. Consent is not required for these cookies and they cannot be disabled.

2.2 Functional Browser Storage
The Platform keeps a few convenience preferences in your browser (local or session storage, not cookies): your last search, the filters of the businesses list, the progress of a send in progress and the payment option you chose last time. They are not sent to our servers and you can delete them from your browser settings.
2.3 Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how the Platform is used in order to improve the experience. They collect aggregated and, where possible, anonymized information. Consent is required in jurisdictions where applicable (EU/EEA, UK).

They are only loaded if you accept the "Statistics" category. Without your consent, no Google script is downloaded. We configure Google Analytics without Google signals or ad personalization, and we send Platform paths without URL parameters (except campaign ones) or identifiers of your businesses. The _ga cookies are set on the leadgen-agent.com domain, so the website, the app and the admin panel share the same identifier.
Important note: LeadGen Agent does not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and does not share cookie data with third-party advertising networks.
3. Third-Party Integration Cookies
Third-party integrations necessary for the Service to function may set their own cookies during use. These cookies are subject to each third party's privacy policy:

Wompi (payments in pesos). The payment page loads no Wompi scripts or widgets: it tokenizes the card with a direct, cookie-less call to Wompi's API, so Wompi sets no cookies on our domain. If your bank asks for verification (3-D Secure), its page is shown inside an isolated frame and may use its own cookies, subject to your bank's policy.
4. Managing and Controlling Cookies
4.1 From the LeadGen Agent Panel
When you first visit the site, a cookie consent banner is displayed where you can accept all cookies or customize your selection (accept only the necessary ones, or statistics and marketing as well).
You can change or withdraw your preferences at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the website and among the legal links of the app. When you withdraw "Statistics" we stop measuring and delete the _ga cookies.
4.2 From Your Browser Settings
You can also manage, block or delete cookies directly from your browser:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data → Detailed instructions

4.3 Third-Party Opt-Out Tools
For analytics cookies from third-party tools, you may use specific opt-out tools such as the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, where applicable.
Notice: Disabling strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF) will prevent logging in and using the Platform correctly.
5. Cookies and European Union Users
For users located in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we comply with the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and GDPR with respect to cookies:
- Non-strictly-necessary cookies require prior, free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent.
- You may withdraw your consent at any time as easily as you granted it.
- We do not store your consent for more than 12 months without requesting it again.
6. Changes to this Policy
We will notify material changes to this Policy by email or through a banner on the Platform with at least 14 days' advance notice. Changes apply from the date indicated.
