Who is behind LeadGen-Agent
LeadGen-Agent is a small product, run by one person. This is what we can state with certainty: who runs it, what it does, what it doesn't do and how to reach us.
Who runs it
LeadGen-Agent is run by Sergio Jauregui, a natural person domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia. This is the Provider named in the Terms of Service, which set out each party's obligations.
What it does
It helps freelancers and small agencies prospect without asking for work. It finds local businesses with Google Maps or from a site's address, diagnoses their website with AI and PageSpeed, prepares a proposal with the business's visual identity and sends the first email from your own Gmail, with gradual warm-up and an unsubscribe link in every message.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't bring demand, detect replies or closed deals, and it doesn't promise results. You decide who to write to, what to send and when.
How we keep it truthful
The businesses in the site's examples are fictional and labeled as such. Facts about other platforms cite their official source and the date they were checked. We don't publish testimonials, result figures or client logos.
How to reach us
Write to leadgen-agent@sergioja.com. If you see an outdated fact in a comparison, tell us there with the page and the source. The privacy, billing and abuse mailboxes are listed in each legal policy.
