All payments on LeadGen-Agent are processed by Paddle BV (Netherlands), who acts as Merchant of Record. Purchase invoices are issued by Paddle on behalf of LeadGen-Agent. Refund requests that pass the evaluation under this policy are processed by Paddle in accordance with their procedures.
LeadGen-Agent is a digitally delivered subscription software service that is immediately available upon activation. As a general rule, payments for subscriptions are non-refundable once the service period has begun and access has been effectively enabled, regardless of the actual level of use.
Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, users with consumer status in the EU/EEA/UK have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of contracting, provided that:
Waiver of withdrawal right: If the User requests immediate activation of the Service upon completing registration (accepting that the service begins during the withdrawal period), and actually uses the service (extracts leads, generates presentations or sends emails), they waive the right of withdrawal for that billing cycle. This is communicated clearly at the time of contracting.
To exercise the right of withdrawal within the deadline and without having used the service, write to billing@leadgen-agent.com before the 14-day period expires.
If LeadGen-Agent experiences a verifiable and documented service interruption of more than 48 continuous hours directly attributable to failures in our own infrastructure (not to third parties such as Google, Paddle or AI providers), the User may request a proportional account credit equivalent to the affected time, calculated on the value of the active plan.
At our discretion and depending on severity, we may issue a partial refund instead of an account credit.
If a duplicate charge or an erroneous charge was made due to a technical failure of the Platform or Paddle, a full refund of the excess amount charged will be processed without exception.
If the charge was made fraudulently and without authorization from the payment method holder, the holder must contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/help or their bank to initiate a chargeback dispute.
Plan Upgrade: When upgrading, Paddle automatically applies a prorated adjustment of the previous plan's cost to the new cycle, charging only the proportional difference. No refund is issued; the adjustment is applied to the next charge.
Plan Downgrade: Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the cost difference of the current cycle.
Subscription Cancellation: Upon cancellation, access to the Service continues until the end of the already-paid billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the remaining time in the cycle.
